As per updates in Microsoft incident TM1286773, they have confirmed that a component causing these issues has now been fully rolled back by Microsoft and they have closed their incident. Luware Recording operations teams have been monitoring all clusters and have confirmed that the incident has now been resolved. This incident will now be resolved.

Our operations team recently identified a number of alerts relating to Unexpected Call Termination errors on all Luware Recording clusters. This could cause some calls and also recordings to terminate early and unexpectedly.
Alerts on all platforms has reduced recently. Microsoft have reported an issue under the reference TM1286773 which we believe is the root cause of this incident.
Our operations team are continuing to monitor all clusters in case of any further incidents.
